The Foundation Governance

In February 2008, the Dynasty Foundation became a public foundation. This was the first time in modern Russian history that a private family foundation went public. Since then, the Foundation has been governed by the Foundation Board of Directors.
Dmitry Zimin, our founder, was the chair of the Board of Directors until March 31, 2009, when Alexander Izosimov was elected chair.
Sergei Guriev, Rector of the New Economic School, was elected Chair of the Dynasty Foundation Board on 21 April 2010.
The current Board of Directors has the following members:

- Arkady Dvorkovich, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation; Russian Federation State Councilor, First Class; President, Guild of Investment and Financial Analysts

The Board of Directors is guided by the Foundation's Mission Statement. It seeks out the recommendations of specialists and the advice of the expert community.
The Board is empowered to define the Dynasty Foundation's strategic development, to confirm its programs and expenditures, and to supervise its overall operations.
Members of the Board serve on a rotating basis. A third of the members will be replaced each year.
The Foundation Board of Trustees ensures that the Foundation is run in accordance with its stated goals.
Anna Piotrovskaya is the executive director of the Dynasty Foundation.
