ANNA PIOTROVSKAYA
Executive Director
Has worked for the Foundation since 2008.

Duties include

• day-to-day management of the Foundation,
• strategic development,
• promotion of the Foundation's programs and projects,
• coordination of the Foundation's governing bodies, and
• formation of strategic alliances and coordination with the Foundation's partners.

NATALIA SHUSTOVA
Financial Director/Head Accountant
Has been the head of the Foundation's financial office since 2002.

Duties include

• financial planning and budgeting,
• supervision of tax statement preparation and accounting procedures,
• oversight and implementation of the Foundation's budget, as well as proper use of earmarked funds, and
• management of financial flows.

Since 2005, Ms. Shustova has been an advisor to Dmitry Zimin, president emeritus of Vimpelcom (Beeline) and Dynasty founder.

ROZA KHATSKELEVICH
Deputy Executive Director/Director for New Project Development
Has worked for the Foundation since 2005.

Curates Dynasty's new projects.
Prepares preliminary analyses of new projects and plans their implementation.

Coordinates

• generation of new ideas and project design,
• internal and external communication and correspondence vis-а-vis the Foundation's activities and partnerships,
• Foundation Special Projects,
• the Science Museums of the 21^st Century project, as well as other new projects and programs, and
• the work of the Foundation's advisory boards vis-а-vis new projects.

KONSTANTIN PETROV
Program Director
Has worked for the Foundation since 2005.

Coordinates programs and projects in accordance with the Foundation's strategic priorities.

Duties include

• maintaining internal and external communication and correspondence regarding ongoing programs and projects,
• working with project managers,
• interacting with key grant recipients,
• coordinating, analyzing, and developing already existing projects, and
• working with advisory boards, and
• Science Days Popular Science Festivals.

TATYANA BOLSHOVA
Legal Counsel
Has worked for the Foundation since 2005.

Duties include

• drafting of the Foundation's legal documentation,
• legal representation of the Foundation's interests and oversight of legal compliance in its work,
• drafting of contracts and agreements with the Foundation's partners,
• legal analysis of documents, and
• consulting of the Foundation's employees and boards on legal matters.

LIUDMILA BYSTRYAKOVA
Deputy Head Accountant
Has worked for the Foundation since 2004.

Duties include

• supervision of accounting procedures and preparation of tax statements,
• personnel record maintenance,
• oversight of accounts payable and receivable, and
• interaction with state oversight bodies and credit organizations.

DARYA BOLOTINSKAYA
Project Manager
Has worked for the Foundation since 2004.

Coordinates

• support program for students, graduate students, and young scientists specializing in theoretical physics,
• Young Scientists of Russia annual conference,
• summer schools for physicists,
• scientific conferences grant competition,
• competition for postdoctoral positions at Imperial College, London,
• competition for young scientists' participation in short-term thematic international programs,
• support project for the research laboratory on the molecular mechanisms of aging (GeronLab), and
• support project for the European University at St Petersburg.

GALINA KOBTEVA
Project Manager
Has worked for the Foundation since 2010.

Coordinates

• training Program for Scientists of the Next Generation,
• support program for work with schoolchildren,
• public lections and science cafes,
• Dynasty Foundation Library publishing project,
• support project for the New Economic School,
• support for the Liberal Mission Foundation,
• publication of Dynasty Foundation Annual Report, and
• publication of the almanac for grantees.

MARIA KOLESNIKOVA
Executive Secretary, Dynasty Foundation Board of Directors
Project Manager
Has worked for the Foundation since 2007.

Coordinates

• the competition for young mathematicians,
• support projects for young biologists,
• the support program for physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology teachers (grant competition, annual conference, creative competitions for teachers),
• the popular science lectures held as part of the Training Program for Scientists of the Next Generation,
• projects financed by the Founder's reserve, and
• projects financed by the Executive Director's reserve.

VLAD TSVETKOV
Project manager
Has worked for the Foundation since 2010.

Duties include

• organization maintenance and function control of the Videotech section at the Elementy website,
• technical support of projects and events of the Foundation,
• participation in off-site events of the Foundation,
• logistics, and
• design and production of Foundation souvenirs.

TATYANA BUZINOVA
Assistant to the Executive Director
Has worked for the Foundation since 2008.

Duties include

• office coordination,
• informational support,
• recordkeeping, and
• organization of the Foundation's in-house events and meetings.
