Winners of the 2012 young physicist competition are named
The Academic Council awarded scholarships and grants of the Dynasty Foundation to 6 doctors of science, 12 candidates of science, 36 graduate students and nondegreed scientists, and 36 students specializing in theoretical physics.
There were 458 applicants in the 2012 competition in the Dynasty Foundation program for supporting young physicists.
Students submitted 127 applications; graduate students and nondegreed scientists, 202; candidates of science, 104; and doctors of science, 25.
All the winners will participate in the conference “Young scientists–2012,” which will be held 13 April 2012.
