427 young physicists applied to participate in 2009 competitions

The deadline for applying to participate in the competitions of the Dynasty Foundation Support Program for Young Physicists was 28 October 2009.

This year, 132 college students, 183 graduate students and young scientists with only an undergraduate degree, 83 candidates of science, and 30 doctors of science applied.
This is 36 applications more than last year.
The number of participants in the Dynasty Foundation competitions among theoretical physicists is increasing every year.
